What are Mitzvahs?

The Torah translates   the word Mitzvah as  “Commandment”. The word Mitzvah is also used to describe a good deed. 

Why are Mitzvahs important?

A Mitzvah,  bridges the gap between mundane and holy. A mitzvah draws down G-dliness into the world.
